About

Behind the camera, and in your corner.

I'm Jason, a filmmaker based in Malta. I work with brands and businesses who want video that looks like them and actually brings people in.

The short version

I've spent years making video, and a lot of it is short-form, the kind that lives on a feed and does the quiet work of getting a brand noticed. Alongside that I edit podcasts, TV productions and documentaries, so I've had a good look at what holds attention and what loses it.

When a project needs shooting, that's me too, on camera for brand films, events and campaign days, with proper lighting and sound, and a drone up when a location deserves it. Whether we film it together or you send footage over, it lands on the same desk.

Working with me is working with one person. The one you talk to on the call is the one on the camera and the one in the edit, so nothing gets lost in a handover.

My style is calm and honest, warm rather than loud. I'd rather a video feel true to the people in it and stay with someone than shout for a second and be forgotten.

Where I work

Malta, Gozo, and on the road.

Malta

Home. Quick to get anywhere on the island for a shoot, a pickup or a same-week edit.

Gozo

Over regularly for events and location work, for the businesses that want someone who'll actually make the ferry.

Abroad

Happy to travel for the right project, brand films, documentary, events. Travel is quoted per job.

How I work

A few things I hold to.

Concept before camera

We agree what a video is for before anyone hits record. It saves your time and your budget, and it makes the result better.

One person, start to finish

You brief me once, and I carry it through from the shot list to the final file.

Consistency beats one-hit wonders

A steady run of good video does more for a brand than one viral clip and six quiet months. The packages are built around that.

Honest advice

If a smaller package or a different approach serves you better, I'll tell you.

Let's work together.

Tell me what you're building. I'll tell you how video can help it get seen.
