Privacy, in plain English.
What this site collects, why, and how to change your mind. Short version: not much, and never for ads.
Who I am
This site belongs to Jason Grech, a videographer and photographer based in Malta. If you have any question about your data, email grechj04@gmail.com.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages and videos they look at, where they came from (Google, Instagram and so on) and whether they tap WhatsApp or send the contact form. It helps me understand what's working. I don't use it for ads, and I can't see who you are.
Analytics cookies are only set if you tap Accept on the cookie banner. If you tap No thanks, or ignore the banner, Google only receives anonymous, cookie-free signals with no identifiers. You can change your choice any time with .
Google processes this data on my behalf. You can read how Google handles it in Google's privacy policy.
Contact form and WhatsApp
The contact form doesn't store anything on this site. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message typed in, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Anything you send me on WhatsApp or by email is only used to reply to you and work on your project.
Videos
Some videos are played through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which doesn't set cookies until you press play. My own videos are hosted on this site.
Your rights
Under EU law (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data I hold about you. Just email me and I'll sort it.
